Central Finance Services – Working Remotely July 15-17

Monday, July 15 through Wednesday, July 17, Central Financial Services (Associate VP for Finance, Controller, Procurement & Payment Services, Asset Management, Resource Planning & Allocation, Shared Service Center, and Treasury) will be working remotely.  Construction work at the 1301 Ralph Engelstad Arena Dr location will be disrupting HVAC and electrical service.

Staff are available via TEAMS, email and phone.

• There will be no accounts payable check pick up on July 15 – 17.
  • Accounts payable checks from the pay cycle on Thursday, July 11 will be available for pick up on Friday, July 12 or beginning on Thursday, July 18.
  • Accounts payable checks from the pay cycle on Monday, July 15 will be available for pick up Thursday, July 18.
  • Payroll checks will be delivered to Payroll on Monday, July 15.
• Departments can use the deposit drop-box in Twamley. Deposit processing may be delayed given this adjustment in regular schedule.
