Amazon Deliveries

Procurement and Payment Services (P&PS) is aware that recent changes to Amazon’s delivery model and procedures in the Grand Forks area is causing unacceptable (mis)delivery issues with Amazon packages. Procurement and UND Mail Center are engaged with our Amazon Business account executive to escalate these issues to senior management at Amazon, however, P&PS and UND Mail Center cannot provide guarantees as to package delivery by Amazon at this time.

While we continue to search for solutions with Amazon, P&PS suggests campus shoppers utilize other UND Marketplace suppliers (e.g., Innovative Office Solutions, Staples, Office Depot, B&H, Best Buy, etc.) for office supply/personal technology needs whenever possible.
