Annual Purchasing Card Training Dates Announced

Annual Purchasing Card (P-Card) training will be available on Blackboard on Tuesday, April 7. Current P-Card holders will be automatically enrolled in the course every Friday. The training for existing cardholders must be completed by May 31, 2026 (new cardholders are required to complete training before a card is issued). Individuals who do not complete the required annual training within the timeframe allowed will have their purchasing card limit decreased to $1.00 until the training is completed.

CTS has provided the below screenshot with information for users wishing to access the course in Blackboard beginning Tuesday, April 7.
