Sam’s Club Account Closure Notice

Due to multiple instances of unallowable personal purchases made using the University’s Sam’s Club account, the account has been closed effective immediately.

Campus purchasers who need to shop at Walmart may continue to do so using their UND Purchasing Card. A tax‑exempt code for Walmart purchases is available on the Forms and Links page in UND Marketplace. Food purchases require a preapproved waiver, per Purchasing Card policy, which may be requested via the P-Card Application/Change Form in UND Marketplace.
