Lodging and per diem rates effective October 1st, 2026

GSA has announced updated lodging rates for the federal fiscal year beginning October 1st, 2026. In accordance with NDCC 44-08-04 (6), the in-state lodging rate shall adjust accordingly –

• the ND lodging rate will increase from $110 to $113 plus any applicable state or local taxes/fees.
• GSA did not update any per diem rates, therefore the in-state per diem rate will remain the same.
