Zen in 10

Zen in 10 focuses on stretching, breathing, and having fun with coworkers. Go back to work with less stress, more energy, and better body functioning.

Sessions will be held at the SMHS from 10:40 a.m. to 10:50 a.m. on the SMHS East Patio every Tuesday and Thursday in July and August, starting July 23 (No sessions the first three weeks of July). In case of inclement weather, sessions will be held in the Charles H. Fee, MD, Auditorium at the SMHS.
