Jeanie McHugo featured on ‘The PA Path’ podcast

The chair of the SMHS Department of Physician Assistant Studies, Dr. Jeanie McHugo, was recently a guest on the PA Path Podcast, a program “where prospective PAs, PA students, and current PAs can learn more about the profession and the paths that PAs take to serve their communities.”

In the 45 minute episode, Dr. McHugo discusses her path from rural South Dakota to becoming a PA and chairing the UND Department of Physician Assistant Studies. According to the episode’s notes, “We also learn about Dr. McHugo’s innovative approach to building the primary care workforce” in North Dakota “and her contributions to leading the PA profession.”
