New Tools: Library chat service and links to full text articles

Do you have a reference question? Try the SMHS Library Resources new chat reference service! Library Resources has a new platform and librarians standing by to help you with your research and information needs. Click on the chat icon on the library’s homepage Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. to start a conversation. Do you need help after hours? The chat icon is replaced with an “email us” icon. Send us a note and we’ll get back to you as soon as we are able.

Library Resources also has a new way to get full text articles, and it’s as easy as 1-2-3! Install the LibKey Nomad plugin following the steps here to streamline linking to subscribed full text from ANY webpage.
