Earlier this year, we rolled out a new chat service to help you find answers to your questions quickly. Find the chat button in the lower right of our website and our catalog search interface.

We staff the chat during library hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m), so we can answer your questions and help you get back into your research fast. After hours, you will be directed to email us your question, and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can when we’re back in the office.

Click the button, type your request, and let us know what you need! With the new service, we can share screenshots and files or even share live screens to help make answering your questions easier and more straight-forward.
