Invitation to Take Part in Solar Eclipse Art Contest

Have you ever seen a total solar eclipse?  On August 21, 2017, an eclipse will be visible across the United States, and NASA Space Grant Consortia across the country are planning to launch high altitude balloons to capture this event from 100,000 feet.

We want your ideas on how to best represent both science and images from the stratosphere, using high altitude balloons, during a total solar eclipse.  Please send logo ideas to eclipseballooning@gmail.com. The contest is open to all.

Logo Art Contest Deadline: October 31, 2015

Winners will be determined via number of likes on the “2017 Eclipse High Altitude Ballooning Event” Facebook page.  Winning designs will be used on stamps launched during the event.
