Next Brown Bag Seminar presented by Jennifer Russell

The fall semester Brown Bag Seminar Series features graduate students providing presentations on their current research or recent internships.

This series of presentations will be held in the Space Studies Library at noon.  Please join us with your own “brown bag” lunch.

Our next presentation in this series will feature Jennifer Russell on Wednesday, November 29th at noon.

Presentation title:   “Growing Plants in a Tin Can”

About the presenter:   Jennifer graduated from Northern Arizona University with a B.S. in Biomedical Sciences with a minor in Chemistry and an emphasis on Microbiology and infectious diseases. She started the Space Studies program as a distance student in Spring 2017. She and her two kids moved to Grand Forks over the summer and she is currently in her first semester as a campus student. In her free time, she enjoys crocheting everything from hats and sweaters to dolls and stuffed animals while binge watching Sci-fi with her family.
