Dr. de Leon presents at Buenos Aires Planetarium

Where in the World is Dr. de León? In Buenos Aires where he has been invited by the City Government of Buenos Aires to give a talk at the Galileo Galilei Planetarium, the city’s beautiful and recently renovated planetarium, about the future of space programs in the US (government and commercial) and settlements beyond Earth. Dr. de León will also talk about the habitat that he and the graduate students are building here at UND. Notice that Dr. de León is on the planetarium’s marque.
