Sept. 20: Doctoral examination set for Michael Gillen, Aerospace Sciences

The doctoral examination for Michael Gillen, a candidate for the doctoral degree with a major in Aerospace Sciences, is set for 10 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 20, in 134 Ryan Hall. The dissertation title is “A Study Evaluating if Targeted Training for Startle Effect can Improve Pilot Reactions in Handling Unexpected Situations in a Flight Simulator.” Warren Jensen (Aerospace Sciences) is the committee chair. The public is invited to attend.
