Jan. 27: Aquatic ecology candidate seminar on changing lake environments

“A holistic approach to assessing changing lake environments and fisheries ecology” by Kyle Christianson will be held Monday, Jan. 27, at noon in 114 Witmer Hall.

Dr. Christianson is a quantitative aquatic ecologist who broadly researches the effects climate change and environmental stressors  will have on the physical processes and ecological consequences in aquatic systems. As an avid angler, he is particularly interested in addressing the effects environmental changes have on fisheries communities from habitat suitability and foraging opportunity to invasive species and competitive interaction.
