At Oct. 3 symposium, UND experts talk about locally relevant bug-transmitted infections

Do you like outdoor activities but are worried about bug bites and associated infections?

Anyone interested in learning about tick- and mosquito-borne infections is invited to the public forum on Monday, Oct. 3, hosted by the Center of Biomedical Research Excellence on Host-Pathogen Interactions (HPI COBRE). Following opening remarks by President Armacost, two UND scientists will talk about infections potentially transmitted by ticks and mosquitoes as part of the annual HPI COBRE Symposium.

This event is open to the general public. There is no cost to participate, but registration is required.
