Community invited to see UND LEADS in action

UND LEADS logo

The UND LEADS Implementation Team is looking forward to sharing a campuswide update on progress made under LEADS in the past year, including a showcase of this work to the broader UND community.

Two opportunities are coming up in early March:

LEADS in Action: Turning Data into Direction
March 3, 3-4:30 p.m., Chester Fritz Library

A come-and-go gathering highlighting key data tied to LEADS progress, successes, and opportunities for growth. Participants can engage with the data by sharing “brags, worries, wonders, and bets” to help inform next steps.  Members of the LEADS Implementation Team will be on hand to answer questions and hear your thoughts.

Attendees can earn stickers for each LEADS core value where feedback is shared. Those who provide feedback across all core values and complete a brief reflection will be eligible for a LEADS lapel pin. Spring 2026 graduates also can earn a LEADS gratitude stole.

Snacks will be provided.

LEADS in Action: A Shared Look at Progress
Week of March 2-6, Open House at Chester Fritz Library (drop in anytime)

Data displays will be available all week, allowing participants to explore LEADS progress, reflect on key themes, and share feedback at a time that works best for them.

Displays will highlight progress across LEADS goals, celebrate areas of strength and surface opportunities for continued improvement. Opportunities will be available to share observations, questions and ideas.

Working together, the UND community has advanced LEADS and supported open communication and broad engagement across campus.

We look forward to continuing this work, and we encourage broad attendance at and participation in the above events.
