Committee named to Vice President for Finance & Operations search
University of North Dakota President Andrew Armacost has appointed a committee to lead the national search for UND’s next Vice President for Finance & Operations.
Eric Link, provost and vice president for Academic Affairs, will chair the committee, which includes representatives from across the University as well as the UND Alumni Association & Foundation and the City of Grand Forks.
The committee members are:
- Eric Link, Ph.D. – Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs (Chair)
- Brad Rundquist, Ph.D. – Dean, College of Arts & Sciences
- Sarah Abentroth, MBA – Director of Resource Planning & Allocation
- Brian Larson, PE, CEFP – Director of Construction Management
- Erik Martinson – Deputy Director of Athletics and Chief Operating Officer
- Nancy Pederson, CPA – Vice President of Finance & Operations, UND Alumni Association & Foundation
- Judy Solberg, Ph.D. – Chief of Staff
- Becky Lucke, CPA – Director of Finance, School of Medicine & Health Sciences
- Tami Votava – Chief Financial Officer, Energy & Environmental Research Center
- Robert Newman, Ph.D. – Chair and Professor, Department of Biology; Faculty Senate representative
- Derek Gosselin – EHS Manager, Office of Safety; Staff Senate representative
- Orlynn Rosaasen – Director, Dining Services
- Todd Feland – City Administrator, City of Grand Forks
- Mason Thingvold – Student Body President and UND Landscaper
- Madhavi Marasinghe – Associate Vice President and Chief Information Officer
Supporting the committee are:
- Peggy Varberg – Associate Vice President for Human Resources (Human Resources support)
- Michele Carroll – Executive Assistant to the Provost (staff support)
The search will be supported by the Isaacson, Miller firm and search consultant Dan Rodas.
