Summer is a great time to enjoy the outdoors, but it is important to protect yourself from the sun and stay hydrated. Excessive sun exposure can increase the risk of skin damage, while dehydration can cause fatigue, headaches, and dizziness. Simple habits such as wearing sunscreen, seeking shade, and drinking water throughout the day can help keep you healthy. By making sun safety and hydration a priority, you can enjoy a safe and healthy summer.
