Fiscal Year End Purchases

Fiscal Year End is soon approaching. If you have purchases to make this fiscal year, it is time to begin the procurement process to ensure goods and services are received prior to June 30, 2021. The COVID-19 pandemic has impacted the supply chain, so equipment and supplies may have longer delivery times.

We recommend departments submit all bid/RFP requests by April 2, 2021 to allow sufficient time for the procurement process.

Goods or services not received by June 30, 2021 are required to be charged to FY22 budgets, not FY21 budgets.
