VIDEO: Creating Solutions for MUSKOX Max Attach
Editor’s Note: The following video is a part of a series documenting the impressive discoveries and innovations showcased at the 2026 Senior Design Expo. The series will extend from May through August, with a new video released every Wednesday, and can be watched on YouTube.
In this video, John Schulzetzenberg shows how he and fellow UND Mechanical Engineering students took a problem MUSKOX had and created a solution for their Max Attach, a specialized, shock-absorbing quick-attach plate for skid steers that uses axis torsion technology to provide controllable down pressure. Through the UND College of Engineering & Mines’ Collaborative Experiences program, companies like MUSKOX can apply to support senior design projects while challenging students to solve real-world engineering challenges.
