Thank you for a successful FYE

Thank you for your cooperation and patience with the processing of fiscal year 2019 transactions. The UND general ledger is closed. The State Auditor’s Office will audit UND FY2019 transactions until the end of November. We hope to have an audit opinion by the middle of December.

The Controller’s Office will still be recording transactions until August 23^rd. If any transaction is posted to a fund with your department number, you will be notified. Any deficits as of June 30^th that are still outstanding as of September 1^st will be forwarded to your respective VP.

If you have questions on specific entries, please first use PeopleSoft or Perceptive Content to check the status of the document. A number of training documents/videos on inquiring into either system are available on the Financial Services Training website.
