New Software for Facilities Management

Facilities Management went live with a new software system, AiM/AssetWorks, on 10/17/22. This replaced FAMIS, our previous work management system. In addition to a new software system, we’ve also added Darla Wandler to our team. Darla replaced Ryan Gatzke and will be the main point of contact for the Facilities Management job billing. We’ll be running our first billing process in AiM this Friday for the October 16-31, 2022 job billing. Once the GL and AR files post, we’ll continue to run the twice-monthly billing processes (after the prior files are posted) until we are current. Below are the catch-up billing files we are working on. Thank you all for your patience as we worked through the AiM implementation.
