UND Marketplace updates and outage this weekend, March 27-29

UND Marketplace will be unavailable beginning 5pm on Friday 27th March until Monday morning, March 30th. This is due to a planned Jaggaer update which is anticipated to last all weekend. All functionalities for UND Marketplace will be unavailable during this time.

At this time, Procurement & Payment Services will also release a new version of the Non-Standard IT Form, an updated P-Card Application/Change form, a new Contract Request form for Individuals (i.e. Guest Speakers, Consultants), a new punchout for the purchase of promotional supplies, and a new non-compliant payments form. Some of these updated forms may not be available immediately on Monday morning, due to testing that may be required by P&PS after the Jaggaer software update. Please check the Organization Message on the UND Marketplace homepage for any real time updates.

The primary difference users will notice is updated navigation and appearance of several commonly used UND Marketplace forms or processes. Users will notice that navigation in forms has moved from a ‘top to bottom’ flow from Instructions > Suppliers > Attachments > Form Fields to a new ‘left to right’ navigation at the top of the form. Additionally, Users will find enhanced descriptions or instructions under new text boxes describing ‘What To Expect’ when answering questions in several UND Marketplace forms.

These improvements reflect the feedback we’ve received from UND Marketplace users and are intended to enhance navigation and overall usability.
