Student Wellness

Now is the time that we all need to focus on resilience. Being resilient is about recognizing that emotions and behaviors affect how we deal with stress. Resilience starts with being self-aware. Self-awareness gives us the ability to be intentional in our responses and find healthy ways to adapt to distressing events in our lives. The Red River Resilience Group has developed the F.A.C.T.S. to help you build resilience and bounce forward:

F: Foster Hope
A: Act with Purpose
C: Connect with others
T: Take care of yourself
S: Search for meaning

We have created facilitated resilience discussion groups to help you navigate the COVID-19 pandemic. If you are interested in participating, please join in one of the FACTS sessions in the links below:

Hope to see you!
