MSII: Immunization records, Certiphi, financial aid disbursement

Please remember that the Office of Student Affairs & Admissions does not house your immunization records any longer. Do not email any personal records to saa@UND.edu. The “Myrecordtracker” platform is where all your records are stored, and it is your responsibility to keep this information updated. This system will email you reminders 30 days before records are due (and again at 15 days and 5 days). Please fulfill those requirements by the expiration date to avoid any repercussions. If you are having trouble logging on or have forgotten your password, please call 855‐225‐8606 and press 1. You will eventually be prompted to leave the Myrecordtracker system a voicemail. Officials from the platform will get back to everyone within 24 hours.

Also, in Jan. 2022 you will receive an email from Certiphi, which will initiate your background check to be able to go to clinics. There is a cost for this certification process, which  is the student’s responsibility. Please note that this background check is required per UND SMHS policy 3.4.
