Surveys now available, open forum scheduled for Feb. 5, in support of Campus Master Planning effort

Buckle up for a campus tour with President Andy Armacost and Provost Eric Link to kick off UND’s latest master planning effort.

Cruising from the steam plant on the west side of campus — UND’s first private-public partnership — to the Memorial Village buildings and Albrecht Field, the pair point to several changes that have modernized today’s campus.

Now, it’s time to plan for the next 10 years of development, Armacost says, and the entire UND community can provide feedback. Surveys are live through Feb. 11 for students, staff, faculty and the broader community to help chart UND’s course.

All are invited to join an open forum at the Memorial Union on Thursday, Feb. 5, from 1 to 2 p.m. with UND’s planning consultants, Perkins & Will. A livestream will also be available.

“When we built the UND LEADS Strategic Plan, it pulled together all of us,” Armacost says. “This is another opportunity to examine that future and chart the course for UND.”
