Wellness Spotlight

Nature is all around us! Whether you live on the grassy countryside or in the heart of an urban area, nature can be found just about anywhere.  Contact with nature can help prevent mental health disorders. In fact, spending just 20 minutes outside each day can increase energy levels! "Green Therapy" encompasses a variety of treatment programs that aim to improve physical and mental health by enjoying activities in nature. Our August Wellness Spotlight will showcase the importance of Green Therapy!
