Stretch it out Now!

Having a stretch routine built into a workday can help keep your body limber and mind focused. Do you ever get restless during meetings that are over an hour? Typically, if meetings are over an hour long, stretch breaks are encouraged. Stand up, stretch, and move around to keep those creative juices and the blood flowing.
