Tips to increase your steps throughout the day, whether you are at home or at work: 

• Park farther away from your office or a store when running errands

• Skip the elevator and take the stairs

• Walk to a coworker's desk instead of emailing them

• Use a restroom on another floor

• Take a walk during your lunch or coffee break

• Walk when taking calls

• Walk around while brushing your teeth at morning and night

• Spring clean by vacuuming and tidying up your house and/or yard
