Get Moving Challenge - Starts April 7th!

Registration for the Get Moving Challenge has started!  This is a 4-week challenge created to increase your daily activity and social connectedness.

 

You can register as an individual or as a team.  Each week, you will keep track of your steps or convert them from other forms of activity (swimming, strength training, stair climbing...).  The ultimate goal is to get you moving MORE!  And don't forget!  Each week there are chances to win individual or team prizes with a $200 Grand Prize given at the end.
