Image Segmentation with Fiji/ImageJ on Talon

The UND CRC will hold a workshop on image segmentation using Fiji/ImageJ software on the Talon supercomputer. The workshop will be Friday, April 21, from 10:00am to noon CT.

The workshop, presented by Cecilia Ling, will cover topics such as how to access Fiji on Talon, image segmentation, creating segmentation models, and fine tuning models.

This is a hands-on workshop where attendees will access Talon and Fiji using their web browser. You must have a Talon account and an updated web browser to participate in certain exercises. If you do not have a Talon account, you can request one here.
