Image Segmentation with Fiji/ImageJ on Talon – EPSCoR Workshop, Session 2

The UND CRC will hold a workshop on image segmentation using Fiji/ImageJ software on the Talon supercomputer. The workshop will be Thursday, June 15, from 10:00am to noon CT.

The workshop, hosted by Cecilia Ling, will cover topics such as how to access Fiji on Talon, image segmentation, creating segmentation models, and fine-tuning models.

This is a hands-on workshop where attendees will access Talon and Fiji using their web browser. You must have a Talon account and an updated web browser to participate in certain exercises. If you do not have a Talon account, you can request one here.
