Remembering Jamey Holweger

With deep regret, we announce the death of Jamey Holweger, a flooring specialist with UND Facilities Management, who passed away on Saturday, March 23.

Jamey, a graduate of UND, was employed at the University for the past 12 years, first in housing maintenance and more recently as a flooring specialist. During his time at UND, Jamey also served on the Staff Senate. In 2019, he received a Meritorious Service Award.

Jamey’s passing is a significant loss to our campus community. We extend our heartfelt condolences to his family, friends and co-workers. They are all in our thoughts and prayers.

A full obituary is available through Bakke Funeral Homes. His funeral service was held on Saturday, March 30, at Bakke Funeral Home of Larimore.
