Walking outside is also a great activity for mental wellness and can be a social activity with family or co-workers. Join as an individual or a team today! UND Wellness & Health Promotion offers American Heart Association courses held right on campus to provide you with the critical training that you need for any emergency at home or work. These course are open to both UND affiliates and the general public. Our classes fill up quickly, so please register early to secure a spot.
