Forms Update

Modern Campus released a new Forms Module on March 26, 2025 as part of a system upgrade. Existing forms will continue to work for now, but they will need to be rebuilt in the new module once additional updates are rolled out later this year. A specific timeline has not been provided by Modern Campus.

All new forms must be created using the updated module moving forward. The previous form asset functionality is no longer supported.
