The application period for the Summer 2025 Tuition Waiver is now open.
Employee Tuition Waivers
Apply for an Employee Tuition Waiver today. Employee Waivers are due May 23, 2025.
Review the instructions to begin, and ensure you review the relevant policy to fully understand this perk.
Reminders:
- Paper applications will not be accepted – you must utilize the electronic DocuSign applications.
- Enroll Anytime or Self-Paced Independent study courses available online or through correspondence by mail do not qualify for the Tuition Waiver Program.
- You may need to remind your supervisor to check their spam/junk folders if they do not receive the DocuSign email to electronically sign the waiver.
Family Tuition Waivers
Apply for a Family Tuition Waiver today. Family Waivers and required documentation are due April 18, 2025.

Family Waiver Considerations:
- You may need to remind your family member to check their spam/junk folders if they do not receive the DocuSign email to electronically sign the waiver.
- The family waiver only covers family members attending UND.
- All necessary Verification documents (any required legal documents) can be attached to the DocuSign form.
Any certificate/documentation submitted AFTER May 2016 is still on file and does not need to be re-submitted. - It is your responsibility to make sure that your family member has this document completed on time.
