NDPERS Annual Enrollment will be October 20 to November 7.

Benefited employees will receive more information regarding this closer to these dates. Reminder: Changes cannot be made until Open Enrollment begins. Additionally, Open Enrollment changes in coverage are effective January 1, 2026.

Remind your benefited employees to check their emails and visit the UND HR Benefits page to review their full benefits options.

Open enrollment gives employees the opportunity to enroll in health, life (State Life or UND Life), dental (Delta Dental or Total Dental) and vision insurance coverage for which they are not currently participating, add/remove dependents, and increase/decrease coverage levels. Action is not required if the employee does not wish to make changes to their current level of insurance coverage.

Employees interested in Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) must re-enroll each year during Open Enrollment as healthcare and/or dependent care expenses can vary from year to year.
