Per the request of UND Procurement & Payment Services, the general ledger will be left open through Wednesday, November 8th to allow journal entries to be backdated to October 2023. An additional budget pre-check step has been added to the electronic budget journal process. This step is necessary to ensure budget journals with errors are not routed forward for approval.
