A Supervisor’s Guide to UND’s EAP

The University contracts with the Village Business Institute to provide an Employee Assistance Program (EAP).

The employee assistance program provides resources, guidance, training, and personal contacts for employees. Supervisors are encouraged to attend training provided by the Village and can request trainings for the entire team. The Village provides training that fits the needs of your area – including pre-recorded sessions and regularly scheduled live sessions.

Supervisors can refer employee’s to the EAP’s resources.
