New Earnings Codes

When submitting additional pays for an employee or approving an employee’s time, supervisors have the option to designate specific earnings codes. These codes are used to identify specific earnings per employee. Each earnings code provides information on the type of work done.

The list of available earnings codes has now been revised and updated with descriptions and a section instructing HCM users on when to use specific earnings codes. Additionally, three new earnings codes have been created. They are listed below:

• H15      Faculty Overload non-teaching
• H52     Endowment salary
• H39     Coaches Overload
