Federal Work Study Earnings Database Training

Effective immediately, the Office of Student Employment and Human Resources mandates training for access to the FWS database and for departments to receive allocations for the upcoming fiscal year.

Training Opportunities

The Student Employment Federal Work Study (FWS) Earnings Database facilitates the tracking of both FWS student earnings and departmental allocations of FWS funds.

Please register and attend one of the in-person trainings sessions listed below to maintain your access and ensure your department receives it’s 2026 Fiscal Year allocation. These training sessions will only be available the month of April and then will resume in August.

• Friday April 4^th: 10:00am-11:30am, Location: O’Kelly 343
• Tuesday April 8^th: 10:00am-11:30am Location: O’Kelly 343
• Tuesday April 15^th: 2:00pm-3:30pm Location: O’Kelly 343
• Tuesday April 22^nd: 1:00pm-2:30pm Location: O’Kelly 343
• Tuesday April 29^th: 10:00am-11:30am Location: O’Kelly 343
