How to Find the Additional/Reduce Pay Form

The form can now be found on eForms Homepage in Self-Service

On Monday, August 18, 2025, the additional/reduce pay moved from the GT Forms tile in employee self-service to the new GT eForms homepage. Supervisors looking to complete an additional/reduce pay request will need to switch homepages by selecting the dropdown on the top left part of the page. Additionally, users will no longer see forms not relevant to UND campus.

This update was made to simplify finding the eForms page and ensure quick access to the forms most relevant to you.

UND currently only uses the Additional/Reduce Pay Request eForm. Supervisors will be notified if any future forms are implemented and where to find them.
