Omni Form Update

We learned that UND’s email system is blocking file uploads from web forms since April 30, 2024. This means that form owners have not been notified via email if someone submitted a form response. We believe this is only the case if your form includes a file attachment function.

UIT has put in a ticket with Microsoft to resolve this issue. We do not have a timeline. Please manually download form submissions to ensure informant data isn’t missed.

How to Download Form Submissions from Omni

  1. Log into Omni
  2. Navigate to Content – Assets
  3. Use the search bar to find your asset
    1. The form asset name can be  found in the content of your form’s webpage
  4. Check the page out (be sure the lightbulb is yellow)
  5. Click Form Submissions
  6. View form submissions in Omni or Export CSV document
  7. Attached file documents must be downloaded through Omni.
